Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and VictorBet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at https://victorbet.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a Player Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all of its provisions without reservation or exception.

VictorBet operates under an international online gaming licence from a recognised offshore jurisdiction. The Company does not hold, and does not claim to hold, any licence issued by a Malaysian government authority, including Bank Negara Malaysia. The online gambling regulatory landscape in Malaysia is complex and evolving. Players are solely and personally responsible for ascertaining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:

• "Account" — the registered Player account created on the Platform by a user who has successfully completed the registration process.
• "Balance" — the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin, cashback award, or other incentive granted by the Company to a Player, subject to specific terms and wagering conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, being the process by which the Company verifies a Player's identity, age, and source of funds in accordance with applicable compliance obligations.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used on the Platform for Malaysian Players.
• "Platform" — the VictorBet website, mobile application, and any related services accessible through victorbet.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which the use of the Platform is restricted, prohibited, or otherwise unlawful under applicable local law.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be bet through before it may be converted into withdrawable funds, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain Account on VictorBet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. VictorBet enforces a strict minimum age requirement and will suspend any account where the Player is found to be under 21;
• You are registering on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of any employee of the Company or any of its affiliated entities;
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by VictorBet for breach of this Agreement;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold a single registered Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and permanently retain any balances pending investigation without further notice.

Account Registration & KYC

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Any misrepresentation of personal details — including name, date of birth, or country of residence — constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Identity Verification

The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g. MyKad, Passport);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g. utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g. screenshot of e-wallet, bank statement header);
• Source of funds documentation where required under the Company's internal compliance procedures.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. The Company may, in its sole discretion, delay or withold withdrawal processing pending the receipt and review of requested documentation.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. Notify the Company immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

VictorBet accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment channels listed below. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Active bonus balances subject to outstanding wagering requirements are not withdrawable;
• Withdrawals will, where technically possible, be returned to the original payment method used for the corresponding deposit;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 unless otherwise stated;
• The Company reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to approving a withdrawal, which may extend processing time.

VictorBet targets a withdrawal processing time of 30 minutes for most requests. This is a target, not a guarantee — processing times may vary based on payment method, volume, and compliance requirements.

Bonuses & Promotions

VictorBet offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are only available to eligible Players who have completed the applicable opt-in process;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits apply to all bonuses and are stated at the time of the offer;
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time with or without prior notice;
• Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through collusion, use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk play designed to extract bonus value — will have their bonus and any associated winings voided and their account reviewed;
• Bonuses are credited in MYR and, unless otherwise stated, may only be used on the VictorBet Platform.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the VictorBet Platform are subject to the sport-specific and game-specific rules published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, the more specific rule shall prevail.

• Bets are only accepted from Players with a sufficient real-money balance to cover the full stake;
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player;
• VictorBet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using incorrect odds caused by a technical error or human error, and to refund the original stake;
• Live betting odds are subject to change until the bet is fully confirmed by the system. The odds displayed at the moment of submission are not guaranteed until confirmation is received;
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market, as displayed in the Platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy primarily designed to exploit promotional terms;
• Coluding with other Players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting identified software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities;
• Attempting to launder money or process funds of illegal origin through the Platform;
• Providing false information during registration or at any stage of KYC;
• Allowing third parties to use your Account;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar circumvention tools.

Intellectual Property

All content on the VictorBet Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game content, graphics, text, audio, and video — is the proprietary intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without prior written consent from the Company.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VictorBet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any technical failures, interruptions, or errors in Platform availability;
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with their obligations under this Agreement;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

VictorBet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described therein.

The Company implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from the Company's operational capital.

Responsible Gambling

VictorBet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides various player protection tools accessible through your Account settings, including:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly);
• Session time limits;
• Cooling-off periods;
• Permanent self-exclusion.

Account Closure & Termination

Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to no outstanding wagering requirements or compliance holds) will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method.

Closure by the Company

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited conduct;
• Where continued operation of the Account poses a compliance, legal, or reputational risk to the Company;
• Upon the Company's decision to cease operating in a given market.

Amendments

VictorBet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players via their registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VictorBet holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence, to the extent that those rights cannot be contractually excluded.
